Randy Piedrahita receives major pro life endorsement. Caldwell Blasted for pro-abortion ruling.

Randy Piedrahita receives major pro life endorsement. Caldwell Blasted for pro-abortion ruling.

From Ben Clapper:

Dear Baton Rouge area friends - I want to let you know that I am personally supporting Randy Piedrahita for 19th Judical Court District Judge. I encourage you to do the same and share this post!

Randy is a pro-life man running against current Judge Mike Caldwell. In 2010, Judge Caldwell disappointed Louisiana by allowing an unsafe abortion facility to reopen after the Department of Health and Hospitals closed it due to safety violations. The DHH said the following after Judge Caldwell's decision:

"The findings of the Department’s survey included several egregious safety violations and at least one resulting in immediate jeopardy. The Department’s conclusion was that women visiting this facility would have their health and safety compromised. So, today, we are very disappointed that the judge would put the special interests of this abortion facility over the health and safety of women. This order was signed without any notification to us and without any effort to hear from medical professionals about the risk to the facility’s clients posed by the violations our inspectors found. We will continue to fight to protect Louisiana residents and to shut down activities that put women in harm."

I could not agree more. We need a judge that will not placate the wishes of the abortion industry. Be sure to vote on November 4th for Randy Piedrahita for Judge!

National Review: Bobby Jindal’s ‘beefing up’

National Review: Bobby Jindal’s ‘beefing up’

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal has gained 13 pounds as he mulls a run for president, according to the National Review.

The conservative news outlet cites “a source close to” Jindal in its report on his weight gain.
Jindal, who weighs 156 pounds and is 5-foot-11, according to information provided to The Advocate, is expected to announce early next year whether he will seek the GOP presidential nomination in 2016.

Jindal’s slight frame already has drawn attention as he amps up a potential run for president. Jindal, himself, has joked that he was “too skinny” to run for president.

The National Review post reports him as the ”only potential 2016 contender … packing on the pounds” while others look to lose weight.

Mary Landrieu to NBC: Race a major reason Barack Obama struggles in South; Bobby Jindal fires back

http://theadvocate.com/news/10684379-123/mary-landrieu-to-nbc-race

President Barack Obama has a difficult time politically in the South in part because of his race, Sen. Mary Landrieu told NBC News on Thursday.

“I’ll be very, very honest with you. The South has not always been the friendliest place for African Americans. It’s been a difficult time for the president to present himself in a very positive light as a leader,” Landrieu said in the report.

Landrieu is locked in a heated Senate race against Republican Bill Cassidy, who has used time in political ads and debates to closely link Landrieu to the president.

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal released a statement in response to Landrieu’s comments, saying the senator “appears to be living in a different century.”

“Implied in her comments is the clear suggestion that President Obama and his policies are unpopular in Louisiana because of his ethnicity. That is a major insult by Senator Landrieu to the people of Louisiana, and I flatly reject it,” Jindal said.

Louisiana early voting has concluded: What we learned

Louisiana early voting has concluded: What we learned

http://www.nola.com/politics/index.ssf/2014/10/louisiana_early_voting_2014.html#incart_river

Black early voter turnout wasn't particularly high.

Black voters made up about 33 percent of the overall early voting electorate, and they make up about 31 percent of Louisiana's registered voters. This means the black community didn't overwhelm the early voting period statewide.

Around 77,500 black voters participated in early voting -- up from the 26,600 who participated during Vitter's Senate race in 2010 -- but far down from the 103,650 black voters who early voted in 2008, when Landrieu was last on the ticket.

A high turnout among the black community would likely be good news for Landrieu, who has typically had strong support among black voters.

Another bad ruling coming back to haunt Judge Caldwell- ruled in favor of an unsafe abortion clinic

Another bad ruling coming back to haunt Judge Caldwell. He ruled in favor of an unsafe abortion clinic and allowed them to stay open.

Day two and another bad ruling from Judge Mike Caldwell resurfaces. This one could hurt as Judge Caldwell claims that he's a conservative,

Judge Mike Caldwell allowed, over State Health Department objection, a "seedy abortion mill" to "reopen for business even though it had not fixed the problems that made it a danger to the public." (Operation Rescue press release, 9/15/2010).

The Health Department found "several egregious safety violations and at least one resulting in immediate jeopardy," and was "disappointed the judge would put the special interests of this abortion facility over the health and safety of women." (DHH Press Release, 9/22/2010). Operation Rescue said Caldwell's ruling allowing Hope Women's Clinic in Shreveport to stay open was "a betrayal of his oath to uphold the laws of Louisiana." (Operation Rescue Press Release, 9/22/2010).

LATEST POLL IN THE 5TH: ABRAHAM LEADS!

Abraham leads in 5th District poll

http://www.thenewsstar.com/story/news/politics/2014/10/28/abraham-leads-dasher-makes-move-th-district-poll/18062177/

Republican Ralph Abraham has surged into the lead in the 5th Congressional District race, while “Duck Dynasty” cousin Zach Dasher also made a move and incumbent U.S. Rep. Vance McAllister has slipped to third, according to the latest poll from The Glascock Group.

It’s the latest shakeup in the topsy-turvy 5th District race, which had McAllister leading with 24 percent less than a month ago in a previous Glascock poll.

Abraham, a rural doctor from Alto, led the latest poll of 501 respondents with 24.5 percent, followed by Monroe Mayor Jamie Mayo, the only Democrat in the race, with 18.3 percent.

McAllister, R-Swartz, was next at 15.7 percent, followed closely by Dasher, R-Calhoun, with 15.1 percent, a 4-percent improvement from the previous poll.

Public Service Commissioner Clyde Holloway, R-Forest Hill, climbed to 10 percent after his first campaign ad hit TV last week, followed by businessman Harris Brown, R-Monroe, at 6.6 percent, former Grant Parish District attorney Ed Tarpley, R-Alexandria, at 5.6 percent, Eliot Barron, Green Party-New Orleans, at 2.4 percent and Libertarian Charles Saucier of Ponchatoula at 1.8 percent.

Latest Poll: GOP poised for December runoff win in Louisiana

Poll: GOP poised for December runoff win in Louisiana

Republican Rep. Bill Cassidy appears to be in a strong position to unseat Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu in Louisiana, but he is likely going to have to wait until December to do it.

A new USA TODAY/Suffolk University poll shows neither Cassidy nor Landrieu taking the 50% required to avoid a runoff in the crowded Nov. 4 race. The poll of 500 likely voters found 36% supporting Landrieu, 35% supporting Cassidy, 11% supporting Tea Party favorite Rob Maness and 18% undecided or backing other minor candidates. The poll was conducted in association with The (Lafayette, La.) Daily Advertiser and WWL-TV.

But in a head-to-head matchup, Cassidy has a 48%-41% edge over Landrieu with 11% undecided.

According to David Paleologos, "Maness supporters are basically a holding place for Cassidy … the unfavorables are 89% for Landrieu among the Maness voters." That means that in a runoff, Cassidy can count on nearly all of those voters to jump to his side, assuming they return to the polls in December.

Poll: GOP Expands Advantage Days Before Midterm Election

Poll: GOP Expands Advantage Days Before Midterm Election

Republicans have expanded their advantage in the final days of the midterm campaign and now hold an 11-point lead among likely voters on the question of which party should control Congress, a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News/Annenberg survey finds.
Some 52% of likely voters in the survey said they wanted the election to produce a Republican-led Congress, while 41% favored Democratic control.
A week earlier, Republicans had held a narrower, 5-point lead on the question in the Journal/NBC/Annenberg survey.

"Obama bad," is how Breaux says one Louisiana Republican described the 2014 platform of Republicans to him in the highly competitive Louisiana Senate race and it is the case nationally.

"Well, every single Senate candidate we have you can summarize the race by saying: 'Obama bad," Breaux, who now is a lobbyist, told the Times.

LANDRIEU & GRAVES: It’s not the houses, it’s the networks

It’s not the houses, it’s the networks

On the campaign trail last week, the rhetoric was all location, location, location.
U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu, who has received no end to the grief about her $2 million “mansion” in Washington, D.C., took a few minutes during a Bogalusa speech to jab at the lakefront “mansion” owned by her main Republican rival, U.S. Rep. Bill Cassidy.
Meanwhile, Garret Graves, a Republican who is running for the 6th Congressional District, has been batting back blogger attacks on his $800,000 “mansion,” located a few blocks from Landrieu’s.
Like Graves, Landrieu says she bought a D.C. house to keep her family together under the same roof. Though aimed at Landrieu, the residency issues have become so toxic that most of the Graves campaign opponents shut down any talk of living in Washington.
But the idea is for congressmen to speak for their community, he said. That requires lawmakers to spend time at home, run their businesses, mow their lawns, go shopping and surround themselves with neighbors, not special interest lobbyists.
“The biggest influence on legislators ends up being their peer group,” Jenkins said. “It’s the question of who is in the legislator’s peer group.”

NOTE: It's about insider DC elitists...

NEW TV: CAMPBELL LOOKS LIKE SURE WINNER FOR PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION RE-ELECTION

NEW TV: CAMPBELL SURE WINNER FOR PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION RE-ELECTION

(Click link above to watch the new TV spots)

FOSTER CAMPBELL VS, KEITH GATES

EXCERPT OF COMMENTS BY BLOGGER JEFF SADOW:

"In 2002, he successfully made the natural move to the PSC, where he could be one of five regulators of an industry he regularly singled out as a villain, oil insofar as pipeline regulation. It also gave him an opportunity to rail against other regulated industries such as utilities, often carping that they were allowed too much profit at the expense of ratepayers and taxpayers

The opponent he drew this fall for reelection is a young lawyer with no political experience, Republican J. Keith Gates.

Campbell’s latest campaign finance report showed him with over a half-million dollars available, over 40 times what Gates had according to his own, and had raised this year alone 10 times what Gates did.

Gates clearly is outgunned in campaign resources and can fall back on no real specific examples of the impact of his policies."

NOTE: Professor Sadow clearly outlined why Foster Campbell will be re-elected:

1) All polling data in this race shows Campbell as extremely popular in the district.

2) Campbell has a long history of supporting the "ratepayers and taxpayers" against the big utility companies (THE CONSERVATIVE POSITION).

3) Campbell has and is using the political resources ("40 times that of Gates") to get his message out.

4) Gates has no experience or record to stand on.

Garret Graves Administration: Father's engineering firm awarded about $132 million in government contracts

6th District race heats up in forum

In the final scheduled forum for the 6th District congressional race Thursday, Republican candidates turned on Garret Graves, who has raised the most money, sharply questioning him about who contributed to his campaign and how his father’s firm won government contracts while he was a member of the Jindal administration.
Paul Dietzel, of Baton Rouge, first brought up support Graves received from an environmental group that has spent nearly $2 million opposing GOP candidates in other states.
State Sen. Dan Claitor, of Baton Rouge, then questioned how an engineering firm run by John Graves, the candidate’s father, procured so many government contracts.
Claitor said he found Evans-Graves Engineering, of Baton Rouge, and New Orleans was awarded about $132 million in government contracts during the five years Graves was Gov. Bobby Jindal’s chief adviser on coastal affairs and chairman of Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority.
It was former Gov. Edwin W. Edwards, the Democrat in the race, who came to Graves’s defense.
Graves, took a job in his father’s firm when he left the Jindal administration earlier this year...

REAL CLEAR POLITICS: Why Is Mary Landrieu in So Much Trouble?

Why Is Mary Landrieu in So Much Trouble?

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2014/10/23/why_is_mary_landrieu_in_so_much_trouble_124397.html

It happens like clockwork.  Every six years, observers start the cycle predicting the demise of Louisiana’s Sen. Mary Landrieu.  Every six years, they are proven wrong, as she somehow pulls off an improbable victory.
But this year might really be different.  For the first time, Landrieu trails badly as we approach the November primary.  Her saving grace in 2008 – historically high black turnout – seems unlikely to materialize this cycle, while her saving grace in 2002 – a runoff coalition that favored her – seems impossible to re-create.
Of course, it would be a mistake to write Landrieu off completely, at least until we get the primary results and some pre-election polling.  But given everything that has happened in the state over the course of the past decade, it’s hard to see how she pulls this one out.

FORMER ROB MANESS CAMPAIGN MANAGER BLASTS EX-BOSS CALLS HIM A FRAUD IN LETTER

LETTER FROM MANESS FORMER CAMPAIGN MANAGER:

As of man of integrity who will put principle above politics, I am strongly urging each of you to cast your vote for Dr. Bill Cassidy this week for US Senate. Family, friends, you know my heart, my beliefs, and my values. As the 2013 Campaign Manager for candidate Rob Maness, I can honestly say that everything you see is smoke and mirrors.

Out of respect for the political process, I will not go into details of what I've experienced, his opposition report or what I learned, but can truly say, Maness is no Tea Partier (the only way he could raise funds is to adapt), Maness is no Conservative (no record to support that but did max out to an Indiana liberal over a conservative vet), but more importantly, he has no clue of the values and needs of Louisianans; he is NOT "one of us".

Louisiana is use to a loud candidate who lights up a room in which we do not get from Dr. Cassidy. But what we do get is a man who goes above and beyond to take care of families, a man of intelligence and integrity, one who understands how to move Louisiana forward. Cassidy's humility is what separates him from the outspoken candidates we are use to seeing.

Please do research as all the above is public knowledge. Resigning from the Maness Campaign in November 2013 was the best decision for me and my staff who no longer wanted to be a part of a fraudulent operation with a candidate who does not represent Louisiana, one who will not represent Louisiana in DC.

For anyone who attempts to discredit the above or myself for supporting Cassidy, I guaranteed  is all falsities; do not hesitate to pick up the phone, put me on speaker, and I guarantee he/she story will change; my integrity and Christianity does not waiver. Forward email if you please.

Mary Landrieu, Republicans gear up for two-part Louisiana Senate fight

In the Pelican State, Republicans are already stockpiling cash to help GOP establishment favorite Bill Cassidy face Landrieu in the all-but-certain runoff. Outside groups are taking a strong interest.

Cassidy allies have purchased TV advertising time for late November and early December. Freedom Partners, a free-market "super PAC" aligned with the billionaire industrialist Koch brothers, reserved $2.1 million in television ad time months ago, and the National Republican Senatorial Committee has plopped down $3.3 million for runoff ads.

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee says it has spent $2.1 million on post-November airtime for Landrieu.

That comes on top of the more than $25 million both sides have poured into the race since last year.

LOUISIANA: NUMBERS OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN VOTERS INCREASE

NUMBERS OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN VOTERS INCREASE

The Louisiana Secretary of State hasn’t finished with the tallies but the Democratic Party has and announced Saturday that voter registration numbers for African Americans increased.
Democratic calculations show that 918,929 blacks have registered and can vote in the Nov. 4 election. That’s up from 912,764 in October. There were 917,576 African Americans were registered to vote in the November 2012 presidential election, when presumably voters show more interest in the electoral politics.
White voters increased their registration from 1,869,611 in October to 1,874,877 for the election, according to the Democrats. But their numbers dropped from 1,908,859 for the 2012 presidential election.

GAMBIT: Support Constitutional Amendments 1 & 2

GAMBIT: Support Constitutional Amendments 1 & 2

On Nov. 4, Louisiana voters will decide the fate of 14 proposed amendments to the state constitution. In this week's Commentary, we offer our recommendations on the proposed amendments. Next week — in time for early voting — we will make our endorsements in some of the contested elections. Whether you agree with our recommendations or not, we hope all our readers will vote in this important election.
Amendment 1: FOR
This amendment would protect an existing trust fund known as the Louisiana Medical Assistance Trust Fund. The fund receives money from fees placed on participating nursing homes, intermediate care facilities for the developmentally disabled and community pharmacies. That money is used to leverage many more federal Medicaid dollars — to compensate contributing facilities for care they provide to the state's poorest citizens. Louisiana is among 44 states that use this mechanism to leverage federal Medicaid dollars. This fund has been "raided" in recent years at the urging of Gov. Bobby Jindal to help balance the state budget. Amendment 1 would protect the trust fund from future "budget raids" and set minimum rates to be paid to participating health care providers. We recommend voting FOR this amendment.
Amendment 2: FOR
Amendment 2 seems related to Amendment 1, but they actually are distinct. Amendment 1 would protect an existing trust fund, while Amendment 2 would create a new trust fund. The existing fund affected by Amendment 1 deals with nursing homes, facilities for the developmentally disabled and community pharmacies; the fund to be created by Amendment 2 would set up a similar funding mechanism for Medicaid-eligible hospitals. Louisiana is one of only 10 states that does not use this type of funding, and Amendment 2 would cure that by establishing the Louisiana Hospital Stabilization Fund. The fund would be protected from "budget raids," and the amendment would set base level rates for participating hospitals. We recommend voting FOR this proposed amendment.

BLOG BLASTS 6TH DISTRICT CANDIDATE GARRET GRAVES: SAYS HE FUNNELED MILLIONS TO FATHER'S FIRM

Graves funnels million$ to father’s firm

EXCERPTS FROM 'LOUISIANA VOICE' BLOG:

Even though he left the state’s employ on February 28, his financial statement indicates he still received $52,961 in salary from the state this year and another $31,346 from Evans-Graves Engineers, the firm owned by his father, John Graves.
Graves flew pretty much under the radar until he became a high-profile opponent of the lawsuit filed by the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority-East against 97 oil and gas companies for damage to the state’s wetlands while at the same time carping at the U.S. Coast Guard for its failure to force BP to be more responsive to the Deepwater Horizon oil disaster.http://theadvocate.com/home/8290180-125/graves-to-step-down-from
His opposition to the lawsuit seeking to hold big oil responsible for the damage it has done to the state’s coastline for the past century notwithstanding, the real story of Garrett Graves is the awarding of more than $130 million in government contracts to his father’s engineering firm while he was head of CPRA, which oversees such contracts.
That figure represented an 1800 percent increase over contracts awarded to Evans-Graves for all years prior to Garrett Graves’ tenure at CPRA.
Some might call this old news, given the fact that Jeremy Alford first reported on this as far back as 2008.http://www.houmatoday.com/article/20080203/news/659908125
And even though Garrett Graves was working for the state and his father’s company was receiving millions of dollars in contracts with the Corps of Engineers through Garrett Graves’ agency, Garrett Graves was given a Toyota Tundra truck by the elder graves in 2009, a clear violation of state ethics rules against state employees accepting gifts from vendors.
And while Evans-Graves was receiving millions of dollars in CPRA-approved contracts with the Corps of Engineers, Evans-Graves was subcontracting nearly $66.5 million in work to 18 construction and contract companies, compared to only $3.5 million prior to Garrett Graves’ appointment. Those 18 subcontractors have combined to contribute more than $250,000 to Graves’ congressional campaign.

"If there needs to be some improvement, we'll get it done. I don't work for Entergy, I work for the people. The main thing is, let's get everyone's (power back on) and then we'll have that discussion."

Bill Cassidy wants to be the doctor he believes the U.S. Senate needs

Friends describe Cassidy as a go-getter, someone who likes to solve problems in his private and professional life. It wasn't a surprise to them when Cassidy -- a doctor who had yet to enter public life -- set up a makeshift hospital in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

Three days after the storm hit, Cassidy organized hundreds of volunteers to help turn an abandoned Baton Rouge K-Mart into a temporary medical center. He was concerned South Louisiana's hospitals weren't going to have enough capacity to treat all of the victims of the disaster.

"Katrina hit Louisiana and there was a sense that our leadership had failed. There was a whole city that has was unable to evacuate out of a Category IV storm at first. And then, as it turns out, leadership after the storm failed," said Cassidy.

An LSU employee who recently returned to theBaton Rouge area from Liberia where he trained police there to avoid contracting Ebola will remain under a precautionary 21-day quarantine before returning to campus, WAFB reports.

Jason Krause, an associative director at LSU with the National Center for Biomedical Research and Training, was among a team of five from the United States on a three-week mission to train officers how to react to the spreading of the virus. He trained more than 1,200 officers about how to protect themselves and prevent spreading Ebola during their daily dealings on the job. He did not, he told the TV station, deal with patients or in any medical setting.

BESE approves emergency Ebola policies for public schools

BESE approves emergency Ebola policies for public schools

Facing questions and worries about Ebola, the state’s top school board on Wednesday approved emergency rules that give local superintendents sweeping new authority to close public schools and send students home if they sense a threat.

Chas Roemer, president of the state Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, said the panel took the action as a precaution “given the circumstances we are living in now.”

“Let’s don’t wait until there is an event to be prepared,” Roemer said after the meeting.

“This is a first step,” he said. “I don’t think it is a final step.”

Under the new rules, a local superintendent can dismiss schools due to an emergency that now includes “any actual or imminent threat to public health or safety, which may result in loss of life, disease or injury.”

JUDGE CALDWELL OVERTURNED FOR SECOND TIME BY SUPREME COURT

Louisiana Supreme Court upholds state's teacher tenure law

In a victory for Gov. Bobby Jindal, the Louisiana Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld a hotly debated state law that makes it harder for public school teachers to earn and retain a form of job protection called tenure.

The ruling, for the second time, reversed a decision by state District Judge Michael Caldwell, of the 19th Judicial District Court in Baton Rouge.

Caldwell concluded that the overhaul was illegally approved by the Louisiana Legislature because it jammed too many subjects into a single bill.

The court disagreed, and handed the governor a big legal win on one of the most contentious issues of his 2012 public schools overhaul.

Landrieu doubles down on Obamacare: ‘We have to keep it’

SHREVEPORT, La.—Democratic incumbent Sen. Mary Landrieu (La.) rated President Barack Obama a “six or seven” out of 10 and said Obamacare must remain the law in her first senate debate with Republican Rep. Bill Cassidy on Tuesday evening.
The embattled three-term senator argued that she deserves reelection because of her long career in Washington, repeatedly mentioning that her time in the Senate has spanned six Louisiana governors and three presidencies.

Organized Crime Ring Operating in Acadiana

LAFAYETTE, LA — Seven people have been arrested today on felony racketeering charges for participating in an online sales scam, announced Attorney General Buddy Caldwell.  The suspects are believed to be members and affiliates of Romanian organized crime.

The arrested individuals are charged with felony racketeering for stealing approximately $1.4 million from more than 500 people who were victimized by an international enterprise designed to unknowingly redirect online shoppers away from websites like eBay and Craigslist.  Shoppers instead would end up at spoof, imitation sites where they would attempt to purchase items including automobiles.  Shoppers were then instructed to submit payments to the alleged sellers through money service businesses such as MoneyGram and Western Union.  After the payments were made, the alleged sellers would stop communicating with buyers and never deliver the items.

Attorney General Caldwell said, “Scammers target anyone and everyone so it’s important to guard your personal information, especially when shopping online.”  Caldwell added, “In this case, we have an organized effort from overseas that affects thousands of people each year.  These criminals will be held fully accountable.”

Gov. Bobby Jindal supports Attorney GeneralBuddy Caldwell's lawsuit to keep the belongings of an Ebola victim out of Louisiana.

Caldwell is asking for a temporary restraining order to keep the incinerated belongings of Thomas Eric Duncan, the Dallas Ebola patient, from being brought to a Louisiana landfill.

"We support the AG's TRO. There are unanswered questions regarding safety and we need to get those answers," said Shannon Bates, Jindal's deputy communications director.

A day after Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell announced plans to get a restraining order to prevent incinerated Ebola waste from being put in a Louisiana landfill, that landfill said it has decided to not accept the waste.
Monday morning, Chemical Waste Management, Inc.’s Lake Charles Facility let Veolia Environmental in Port Arthur, Texas, know that there were no current plans to accept the Ebola waste that was incinerated at the Texas facility.

Louisiana Southwest State Representatives are speaking out about a recent news report that Louisiana would host Ebola-related incinerated waste from the Dallas dwellings.

Here is a statement from Louisiana state representatives from the related region:

“A basic function of government and of this legislature is to protect the citizens of Louisiana from foreseeable harm due to infectious disease. We wholeheartedly support the efforts of the Louisiana Attorney General in his attempt to prevent the transportation to Louisiana of potentially hazardous waste removed from a deceased Ebola infected patient’s dwelling.  The Ebola virus and outbreak is a new threat with many unknowns, including the possible risks of waste disposal.  It has become clear that this virus poses potential risks that require extreme care, a high level of training, constant supervision and extremely careful handling. We should move slowly and carefully to understand all the risks before transporting this material to a Louisiana landfill for disposal.”
